Stefano gathered his know how in Private Label as a senior executive. With decades of hands-on experience in C-level management positions, he has a deep understanding of the challenge’s companies and their management face. He started working as Private Label Manager at Conad and managed over 200 categories in food and non-food (1,550 SKUs) and fresh (300 SKUs). He converted various generic own brands into the Conad brand (20% market share). Collaboratively with category- packaging and quality managers the full marketing mix was coordinated. He continued his career at Deco Industrie, a leading Private Label supplier in the Household, Personal Care, Biscuits and Bread replacing category. In the position of Trade Marketing Director in total 15 Private Label brands (total value € 60 million) were developed and managed.
12 years later, he accepted the challenge to establish the first European branch of Daymon Worldwide Inc. The business and customer portfolio were expanded into various European countries by creating customized Private Label programs in both manufactures and distributors (e.g. Sainsbury, Conad). Stefano aims to support Italian companies in developing their Private Label business abroad and to assist foreign manufacturers to enter the Italian market. Stefano speaks English and is native Italian.
