During his tenure as Commercial Director he gained extensive knowledge of the frozen food industry. Thereafter, he served as the Commercial Director at Roger & Roger, a potato crisps manufacturer.

Henk brings valuable expertise to IPLC, offering support in company analysis, benchmarking, and business strategy implementation for private label suppliers. His skill set includes strategic planning, international expansion, contract negotiation, and key account development. Throughout his career, he has serviced a wide range of European retailers.
