Carolina completed a 16-year career at Spanish retailer EROSKI and held various management positions within commercial and marketing departments as a brand and own-brand marketing director.
With her experience she feels fully comfortable with all aspects involved in private label in both the Spanish and European market. She has a wealth of knowledge in the food and FMCG sector and is notably familiar with consumer product positioning.
Carolina has been responsible for the strategic positioning of the EROSKI brand and its private label portfolio: SeleQtia, Sannia, Basic and Belle. These products have obtained a solid market share and a loyal customer base. Shoppers feel an affinity towards the associated brand values that has allowed the EROSKI Group to take the leading market position in the health segment in the Spanish market.
She left EROSKI in 2015 to create her own Consultancy.
